Thanks for rooting for me, I totally failed at this one. I woke up at the exact moment I was suppose to be there- so I didn’t get to run But, I did run around for 3 miles the next day to make up for it. I looking for the next one sometime after the heat wave in Vegas. (P.S 3 days at Wonder Con is nothing to the 5 days at San Diego Comic Con!)

If you can handle 3 straight days at Wondercon, you can handle a 5K (and then some)! I have a friend who, years ago, was almost 200 pounds. She realized that was not a good thing, and started slowly working out. Now she rides her bike several miles to work, and just posted pictures from her 18 mile walk in San Francisco!
My point is, you have to start somewhere, and I know you can do this!!! I will definitely keep you in my thoughts and cheer you on! I’m looking forward to the pictures and the updates!
And I agree… Crossing the finish line is the prize!
